What is IIHS TOP SAFETY PICK?
For starters, what is the IIHS TOP SAFETY PICK, and why does it matter? First of all, the IIHS, which stands for the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, is a non-profit, independent organization dedicated to compiling and testing vehicles for general safety on the highway. Their goal is to better reduce unexpected and dangerous incidents by evaluating vehicles each year and providing valuable information to customers.
The TOP SAFETY PICK and the TOP SAFETY PICK + are the results of this research. Each is an award given to models that excel at providing safety measures for drivers, according to the IIHS criteria.
How to Win a TOP SAFETY PICK Award
